about

Some may view this as me trying to be "conscious". But it actually just how I really feel about alot of sheeit. I hate when people say they're a "real" nigga or being "real". It's as if they were an inanimate object before or some sheeit. Everything is real. I much prefer the term authentic. But now a days, everybody says they're a real nigga. Real nigga this, real nigga that, real nigga sheeit. It just annoys the fuck outta me. So that's basically the premise of my first verse. I don't identify myself as a real nigga but I'm a fuckin man.

The 2nd verse deals with women and how as a real nigga I'm supposed to only fuck em and not love em. That's where the line CCS comes from (cooking, cleaning, sex). It's pretty self explanatory. If you ain't fuckin em or not givin a fuck about them, you're considered to be soft and a bitch. Every nigga brags about how much they fuckin, how many bitches they got, not "saving" these hoes, blah blah. And by no means do I love hoes. But I just want a woman that can appreciate the fact that I'm not bout that life. But you know how the saying is, nice guys finish last. Sheeit I don't even consider myself to be a nice guy tho lol.

The chorus is just me trying to get those to reflect on how they identify themselves. Like real niggaz swear they don't thirst for bitches but be in the clubs every weekend looking for a bitch. Niggaz don't give a fuck about these bitches but somehow all they drama be related to bitches. Cmon son, get ya sheeit together and stop acting like how most rap songs and other niggaz say you should be acting when it comes to women. Then you got these women saying they hate being called bitches, but call themselves bad bitches or even bitch to their friends and sheeit. But that's okay cause they saying it. Lupe went more in depth about that in his latest song "Bitch Bad" but this was recorded way before that sheeit. But that's basically how I feel about the situation too.

I called it "A Black Man's Perspective" because I know not everyone is going to agree with me. And I feel this is a big issue within my race, hence the part of the chorus that says, "the psychological black plague". My attitude is fuck everyone's standards of how they feel I should act as a man and towards women. I don't give a fuck about race, ethnicity, background, none of that sheeit. I'm trying the best I can to treat everyone accordingly and within the same realms of respect I deserve to be treated with as well. At the same time, I don't have a tolerance for the fuckery. Swag.
